RE/MAX Woodland has been providing professional real estate service since 1995. Prior to joining the RE/MAX family, we were Fred Shaffer and Son, the oldest real estate company in Woodland, established in 1928.

Don Sharp, a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 29 years, became owner in 1998. RE/MAX Woodland has 22 full-time, professional agents, 8 of which are bilingual and 6 agents who have served as President of The Yolo County Association of REALTORS.

RE/MAX Woodland recently re-located their office to the historic building at 927 Main St., the former site of The French Laundry, after an extensive remodel.

RE/MAX Woodland also provides an in-house lender, Bob Lygren, of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, making pre-qualifying and the lending process convenient and easy.

Owner Don Sharp has taken a very active role in our community and some of his service includes: Past Director of Woodland Chamber of Commerce, Past President Yolo Business Council, Past President Yolo County Board of REALTORS, Planning Commissioner City of Woodland, Member Board of Directors United Way, and Economic Development Chairperson Woodland Economic Renaissance Corporation.
